The actual implementation, use and operation of the recommended systems is carried out exclusively by the customer.

Risk awareness

Cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum are subject to significant price fluctuations and technological, regulatory, and operational risks.

A complete or partial loss of the invested capital is possible.

Tax & Law

Tax, legal and accounting issues are handled exclusively in consultation with tax advisors, auditors or lawyers commissioned by the client.

The contractor does not provide tax or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

Liability for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the customer's investment decisions is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
